Your deposit
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. Your appointment time is held once the deposit has been received, and the balance is paid on the day of your service.
Cancelling or rescheduling
We understand that plans change — just tell us as early as you can. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are not charged. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice carry a 30% cancellation fee.
No shows
If you don't attend your appointment and haven't been in touch, 100% of the appointment total is charged.
Why we ask
Every appointment is a block of time set aside for you alone, and our therapists turn other clients away to hold it. When a booking is cancelled late or missed, that time can't be filled. We value our time and the time of the therapists who prepare for you, so these terms keep the chair available for everyone. Thank you for understanding.
